Sunderland Greyhound Stadium does all it can to ensure it's venue is accessible for all, so that everyone can enjoy their day out. We have disabled parking right outside the stadium as well as wheelchair friendly access to the stadium itself and the lift. Browse through the sections below for more detailed information.
Personal Assistants & Carers will receive free trackside admission to the racecourse when accompanying a paying guest with accessible needs.
Personal Assistant tickets can be claimed on arrival and cannot be purchased online. Please speak to the member of staff on the door to claim your ticket. Please note that this does not apply to tickets for our Restaurant or Executive Boxes
The Ground Floor & Trackside areas are fully wheelchair accessible. Please contact a member of staff if you need to use the disabled toilet located on the ground floor.
If you are booked in for one of our Restaurant packages you will need to use the lift on site to access the first floor. Please let the member of staff on the door know if you need to use the lift and they will assist you.
There is one disabled toilet located on this floor, please speak to a member of staff if you require use of this facility and they will be happy to assist you.
Unfortunately our Executive Boxes are not wheelchair accessible as they are accessed via stairs with no lift access.
Lift access is available to access the first floor, premier enclosure bar, restaurant and hospitality boxes. There is a viewing balcony on the first floor and an accessible toilet.
